Duties & Responsibilities- Daily Basis
- Review all sold jobs- pictures, equipment, venting, locations, sizing, etc. and note within the install notes that it was reviewed and approved with your initials and date.
- Locate all equipment needed for the day and the following day.
- Assign and notify installation teams of work for the following day, and where to report.
- Review job with lead installers before leaving the shop or arriving to the installation.
- Review any multi day jobs to make sure that they are allotted the right time and the right installers.

Assist installers and field supervisors in the field when needed.
- Review all completed installations from the day as well as the day before (if applicable)- check that installations are done properly, photos are taken, paperwork is completed, job is closed out, etc. This will be initialed and dated in Service Titan.
- Use inventory software to correctly account for equipment used for every job.
- Monitor stock in warehouse, and order materials when needed.
- Answer all installers calls for technical questions, job issues, incomplete jobs, etc.
- Work with the Sales Manager, Service Manager and Service Dispatcher to account for all upcoming sold 1 or more-day jobs.
Duties & Responsibilities- Weekly Basis
- Go over call back report.
- Check installation trucks when at the shop to maintain cleanliness and ensure that they are properly stocked for the week.
- Review KPIs with Operations Manager- every Monday
Duties & Responsibilities- Monthly Basis

Plan and execute monthly meetings with entire install team.
Post and send out whiteboard in install office for the previous month’s numbers- to include installs, call backs, reviews, etc.
Varied Responsibilities/Back Up Support:
Review changes/adjustments to Installers Schedule
- Conduct training for new hires if needed.
- Visit customers with call backs and warranties to properly diagnose, and train on issues pertaining to installation.
- Conduct training with installers to ensure that they are up to date with expectations, new procedures, and knowledgeable enough to complete proper installation.
