One Way Service Pros is looking to hire a skilled HVAC Installer with leadership skills to join our team. We are a locally owned and operated HVAC company, dedicated to providing exceptional heating, cooling solutions to residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are installed correctly and operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork and fittings.
• Install HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and specifications.
• Lead team members to ensure efficient installation processes and adherence to safety standards.
• Perform start-ups, testing and system checks to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment repairs.
• Assist in the design of HVAC systems for new installations or upgrades as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations during installations.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Communicate with customers in a professional, respectful manner.
• Collaborate with clients to complete jobs efficiently and accurately.
• Follow company policies, safety standards and building codes.
• Following and executing job specifications accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with the company estimator to ensure high-quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness.
• Being prideful and conscious of the company and the work we do.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HVAC installation and sheet metal fabrication/ tinning experience is required.
• Ability to build duct transitions, plenums and custom fittings.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on HVAC/R systems, plumbing, boilers, and refrigeration.
• Familiarity with construction practices and property maintenance is beneficial.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC design.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (attics , crawlspace, rooftops etc)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for travel to job sites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
