• As an HVAC Installer, you will specialize in the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring they are properly set up and functioning efficiently.
• Your role will involve working closely with customers to assess their needs and provide expert recommendations for HVAC system installations.
• You will be responsible for installing various components of HVAC systems, including ductwork, compressors, and thermostats, to ensure proper functionality.
• During installation projects, you will be expected to communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on progress and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Continuous professional development is essential, and you will participate in training to enhance your installation skills and stay informed about the latest industry practices.

What we’re looking for

• Strong technical background in HVAC installation, with experience in setting up a variety of systems and configurations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial, as you will be responsible for ensuring that HVAC systems are installed correctly and function optimally.
• Customer service skills are important, as you will interact with clients during the installation process, providing guidance and support to ensure their satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team is key, as you will often work alongside other HVAC technicians and contractors to complete installations efficiently.
• We value individuals who demonstrate integrity and professionalism in their work, as these traits contribute to building trust with customers and delivering high-quality installations.
• 2+ years residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA license; HS diploma/GED
• Clean, safe driving record; able to pass background & drug screen
