HVAC Install Technician - High Earning Opportunity

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing air conditioning systems, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch service to our customers. You will be responsible for installing various HVAC systems, including residential and light commercial units, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Functions, Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork issues & IAQ.
• Create a positive customer experience by completing the install correctly the first time with quality and care to applicable codes, to avoid refunds and recalls.
• Properly install HVAC systems, including condensers, air handlers, ductwork, thermostats, and accessories.
• Protect customers home from damage while working and leave customers home exactly the same, if not cleaner than when we arrived.
• Inform Install Coordinator if the customer does not have fully functioning HVAC equipment before leaving the call.
• Communicate with Install Coordinator to schedule a follow up appointment with customer when the work was not completed.
• Be communicative with Install Coordinator and other departments to ensure appropriate job objectives are met.
• Record and be accountable for all tools and material used on jobs.
• Keep truck clean, stocked and accurately inventoried.
• Knowledge of online technology & service contractor software. Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus.
• Be a team player.
• Have excellent customer service skills, providing customers with 5 star customer service.
• Willing to continue training for personal growth and growth in our company.
• Willing to work outside normal business hours if necessary.
• Ability to use ladders to access equipment and rooftops.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
