HVAC Installation Quality Control Supervisor (Residential Install / Retrofit)

This is NOT an entry-level position.

Candidates must have hands-on residential HVAC installation experience.

We are hiring an experienced HVAC professional to take ownership of installation quality, system performance, and post-install customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for a Lead Installer or Senior Installer ready to step into a leadership position while staying in the field.

You will serve as the final quality checkpoint on installs and a coach to installation teams.

What You’ll Do

Inspect completed HVAC installations for quality, code compliance, and workmanship
Commission systems (airflow, refrigerant charge, performance verification)
Run callbacks within the first 90 days and resolve quality issues
Coach and develop install teams to improve consistency and performance
Provide field support on challenging installations
Educate homeowners on system operation and answer technical questions
Ensure installs meet company standards for performance, cleanliness, and customer experience

Required Experience (Applicants Without This Will Not Be Considered)

5+ years residential HVAC installation experience
Experience as a Lead Installer or Senior Installer
Strong understanding of:
- System commissioning
- Airflow and duct basics
- Refrigerant charging and diagnostics
Ability to identify and correct installation issues in the field
Valid driver’s license
