What You’ll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems (new construction and replacement)
- Install ductwork, fittings, ventilation, and AC equipment
- Braze copper (water and refrigerant lines)
- Identify potential maintenance or installation issues before they become problems
- Work with HVAC control systems
- Perform warranty and follow-up services as needed
- Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork
- Maintain accurate job documentation and daily logs
- Keep job sites, tools, vehicles, and equipment clean and organized
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Own basic hand tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (but not required)
- Residential HVAC installation experience
- Ductwork fabrication and installation experience
- Experience with refrigeration and gas lines
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
- Factory or manufacturer certifications

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Work performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Exposure to crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas
- Ability to climb ladders, kneel, crawl, and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
- Moderate to loud noise levels at times

- Local commuting required to job sites and shop
- Consistent schedule with dependable hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
