HVAC Installation Technician

McMaster Heating & Air in Irvine, CA is seeking a full‑time HVAC Installation Technician to join our growing team serving all of Orange County. As our HVAC Installation Technician, you'll earn a competitive wage of $25–$28 per hour. THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Clean, professional appearance
• Possess HVAC tools
• Resides in Orange County

An EPA certification, NATE certification, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

This is a full‑time position working 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, reporting to a central location before traveling to job sites.

In this role, you'll report to our central location before heading out to complete high-quality HVAC installations throughout Orange County. You'll work hands‑on with equipment, communicate with customers, collaborate with your team, and ensure every installation reflects McMaster's trusted standards.
