HVAC Installation Technician – 4-Day Work Week | Union Wages + Full Benefits

Your Role

• Install new furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment in residential and light commercial settings
• Set up, test, and commission systems to manufacturer and code specifications
• Provide clear, honest communication and exceptional customer service during installs
• Follow all safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines
• Work collaboratively with our growing team in the Centralia-Chehalis area

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (preferred)
• EPA 608 Certification (required)
• Valid Washington driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Strong mechanical and installation skills
• Washington HVAC contractor license (or ability to obtain one) is a plus
• Low voltage license (or ability to obtain one) is a plus
• Reliable, honest, and ready to help build something great
