HVAC Installation Technician -Minisplit Installs

HVAC Mini-Split Installer
Pay: $28–$32/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Location: Greater Phoenix Area (Primarly West Valley)

Overview:
Desert Comfort Arizona is hiring a motivated HVAC installer to join our team. We specialize in residential ductless mini-split systems. The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, communicate well with customers, and take the lead on small installs with the support of a helper tech. Experience is a plus, but we're open to strong candidates who are confident, coachable, and ready to take ownership on-site.

What You’ll Do:

• Install ductless mini-split AC systems in homes
• Mount indoor/outdoor units, run electrical, and test operation
• Interact with homeowners and clearly explain the process
• Take the lead on jobs with an entry-level helper
• Keep job sites clean and professional

What We’re Looking For:

• HVAC or trade experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to fully install a Minisplit ac unit + basic electrical work
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Comfortable leading a small install team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
• EPA Certification is a plus
