HVAC Installation/Service Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer/Service Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential properties. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Install HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with service technicians and field service teams to address customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment serviced.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installations and repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Some weekend and week night on call rotation required.

Experience

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Experience in equipment repair and property maintenance is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour
