The Role & Expectations

We are looking for skilled contractors to handle residential retrofit installations.

• Workload: 1 to 5 jobs per week (consistent flow provided).
• Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 2 hours from Houston.
• Compliance: Ability to pull permits when required.
• Documentation: Follow full pre-inspection checklists, including photo documentation.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of residential equipment installation.
• Certifications: HVAC Certification and EPA Certification (Required).
• Equipment: Must have your own truck and tools.
• Bonus: Bringing your own helper is a significant plus.
