The Big Task

You will accurately and efficiently install high-quality heating and air conditioning systems in our customers’ homes, ensuring every job meets our company’s high standards.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, furnaces, split systems)
• Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, and installation teams
• Keep your company truck clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Complete all paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance on every job
• Follow all safety and company procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and development

✅ Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HVAC installation experience
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to obtain certifications (we help you get there)

• What Sets You Apart

• EPA Certification
• Experience with high-efficiency systems (18–20 SEER)
• Leadership or lead installer potential
• Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
