HVAC Installer

- Pay Range: $20.00 to $24.00 am hour
- Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Life, Payroll Protection. Note-Benefits are available the 1st of month after completing 90 days of employment.
- Paid Time Off: Employee receives 1-week paid time-off after 1 year of employment and 2-weeks after 5 years.
- Hours (per week): 40
- Schedule: Monday Through Friday. 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
- Overtime/Weekends: occasional
- Vehicle: OPM provides the vehicle for deliveries. Note-Employee is responsible for transportation to and from work.
- Uniform: Employee is responsible for steel toe boots, hard hat.
- Tools: Employee is responsible for providing basic sheet metal hand tools as well as hand-held power tools such as drill & reciprocating saw. Note-OPM provides welders and other larger equipment necessary for job completion.
- Impact driver/drill with 5/16’ & 1/4” drivers
- Left & Right (red and green) tin snips
- Hammer (preferably duct hammer)
- Flathead screwdriver
- Tape measure
- Sharpie marker
- Gloves
- Tool Belt
- Steel Toe Boots
- Hardhat
Qualifying Requirements
- Experience Welding
- Experience Fabricating Sheet Metal
- Clean Driving Record
- No Felony Charges
- Reliable Form of Transportation

- Ability To Read Blueprints
