About the Role:
Valiant Home Comfort is a newer HVAC company serving the Detroit Metro area, We are looking for a skilled, reliable HVAC Installer to join our team as a dedicated subcontractor. As a newer business, we are hitting the ground running and need a pro who can deliver high-quality installs with minimal supervision. This is a flat-rate, per-job position. We provide the work.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform full installations of residential HVAC systems (Furnaces, AC units, Heat Pumps, Water Heaters and Ductwork).
• Ensure all installations meet local codes and company quality standards.
• Pull Permits
• Maintain a professional demeanor while representing the Valiant Home Comfort brand on-site.

Requirements:

• Licensing: Must hold a valid State of Michigan Mechanical Contractor’s license .
• Equipment: Must have your own reliable truck/van and a full set of professional HVAC tools (including vacuum pump, recovery machine, gauges, etc.).
• Experience: Must be able to do your own installs without supervision
• Reliability: Strong communication and a commitment to showing up on time.
