Pay: $29.00 – $36.00 hourly

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Day-to-Day

• Install residential HVAC systems (changeouts, replacements)
• Assist with light commercial installs as needed
• Follow job specs, layouts, and safety standards
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Ensure quality installs and proper system startup

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC install experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in field conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• New construction experience
• NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
