Bob’s Repair, a locally owned and growing AC & Heating company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, is looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for career advancement in a supportive work environment.

Compensation:

• $25- $37 per hour, based on experience
• Commission: 5% - 8% on eligible upsells, including new units, AIQ: UV lights, humidifiers, filters, and air scrubbers. (Excludes motors, capacitors, blowers, fuses, and minor repairs.)

Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, heating and air conditioning systems
• Lead an installation team of 2 other team members
• Perform equipment inspections, repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency install callbacks as needed
• Deliver exceptional service and establish strong rapport with customers
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Complete all assigned paperwork and tasks efficiently and accurately

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as an HVAC Installer
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for both new and older HVAC equipment
• Proficient with HVAC wiring diagrams and refrigerant troubleshooting
• Ability to handle physical workload, including work in attics
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to professionalism
• Confidence, self-motivation, and ability to adapt to changes
• High degree of honesty and integrity
• Fluent in English (read, write, and speak)
