What We’re Looking For:

We need an experienced HVAC professional who:

• Has a solid track record in HVAC installation, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Is skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems with precision.
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of HVAC code compliance, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Can work independently, make sound decisions on-site, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Communicates clearly with both clients and the team, providing excellent customer service at every step.
• Maintains a clean, organized work environment and upholds the highest standards of professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC installer.
• Valid HVAC certification and knowledge of current industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and handle the physical demands of the job.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
