HVAC Installer (2 years installation experience REQUIRED)

We are a growing locally owned heating and cooling company seeking qualified like-minded HVAC professionals. We are looking for experienced HVAC installers to join our team! Job Responsibilities:

• Residential and Commercial Add on and Replacement of Furnaces, Roof Top Units, A/C, Water Heaters and/or Heat Pumps.
• Perform complete installation from start to finish which includes start up, checking gas pressure and temperature rise.
• Duct installation and equipment start up on light commercial jobs. Familiarity with roof top replacement and curb setting.
• Understand and apply all residential and commercial codes.
• Measure sheet metal.
• Manage material list and stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and clean, well inventoried truck.
• Maintain a standard of personal presentation.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with co-workers and customers.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner in accordance with work standards.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company standards of business ethics and conduct.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of experience as an HVAC Installer
• Proficient knowledge of gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, refrigerant and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems
• Positive “Can Do!” attitude.
• Highly motivated, self-starter who is able to make solid connections with customers
• EPA certification
• NATE certified or will obtain within one year of hire
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
• Able to pass a criminal background check

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
