Residential Installer Qualifications:

· 3+ years’ experience tearing out and installing gas heating, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, ventilation and refrigeration equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacturer specifications

· Cater to mostly residential retrofit and light commercial

· Able to run pipe and duct systems through homes

· Understand and apply relevant code

· Work under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment

· Maintain a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates

· EPA Universal Certificate or obtain after employment

· Pass criminal background and drug screen

· Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Must possess basic hand tools

· Able to fluently speak, read, and write English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
