HVAC Installer Apprentice

Mountain Heating & Cooling is a growing family-owned small business, and we are looking for an entry level HVAC Install apprentice to join our team. The candidate we are looking for is a hard-working individual who wants to grow with our family-owned HVAC company and who values excellent customer service.

Our Expectations

 Start every day on time, ready to work.

 Arrive at homes looking professional, provide homeowner a great experience before, during and after the call.

 Communicate via phone with office manager and customers on ETA’s, and other important information.

 Maintain a well-organized van that is correctly stocked to serve customers.

 Communicate value of preventive maintenance

 Our industry demand fluctuates with the seasons so you will be required to work some overtime.

Minimum Skills

 Ability to install residential HVAC Systems included Furnaces, AC/Heat Pumps,
Ductless.

 Skilled in refrigerant service

 Ability to use power tools, hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently

 Clean driving record to drive company vehicle

 Excellent customer/team communication skills

 Intermediate computer, phone and paperwork skills

Advanced Skills and Certifications (Preferred)

 Completion of HVAC specialty training program

Physical Requirements:

 Ability to lift 50 -100 or more pounds

 Proper PPE worn at all times (company provided)
