Lead Installers are responsible for the quality and timeliness of the installations they are assigned to. Lead Installers are responsible for delivering a great customer experience and a quality end-product. All Lead Installers must be able to work unsupervised as well as lead a team of 1-2 helpers or apprentices. The ability to professionally communicate well with customers as well as coworkers is required. Lead Installers are also required to train and guide the helpers and apprentices assigned to them. Installers must be able to present themselves in a professional manner, have a great attitude, and provide the quality work promised to our customers. 40+ hours per week with overtime opportunities. Highly competitive hourly wage based on experience.

This position is full-time, Monday-Friday. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of HVAC installation experience and have the temperament needed to train other installers. Attention to detail and adherence to all safety requirements are expected.

Responsibilities:

• Complete all necessary steps in the installation of various types of HVAC equipment (Furnace, AC, Ductless, Air Handlers, Boilers, etc.)
• Train, develop, and work effectively with an apprentice.
• Make metal for ductwork
• Drive company vehicle to and from job sites
• Adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety

Job Requirements:

• Clean driving record with valid license
• Organized
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work efficiently with an apprentice
• Possess and maintain a valid drivers’ license.
• Physically able to lift/lower/place equipment
• Lennox experience a plus
• Carrier experience a plus
• Mitsubishi experience a plus
• Service Titan experience a plus

Pay: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour
