HVAC Installer Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. If you’re a motivated installer who takes pride in doing the job right and wants to build a long-term career with a stable company, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations
• Install heating and air conditioning systems, ductwork, and accessories
• Replace and upgrade existing HVAC equipment
• Ensure all installations meet company standards and code requirements
• Train and mentor install helpers and apprentices
• Maintain organized and clean job sites
• Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Test systems to ensure proper operation and customer satisfaction

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience required
• Previous lead installer experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation procedures and system operation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawl spaces

Pay

$25.00 – $38.00 per hour
Based on experience and qualifications

Expected hours: 40–50 per week
