HVAC Installer (Minimum 1 Year Field Experience)

We are looking for an experienced and dependable HVAC Installer. The position is full time and permanent, not contract/job driven. The applicant must be organized and detail minded. Job duties include basic carpentry, soldering copper, wiring/troubleshooting low voltage, and installing of both rigid and flex duct systems. Knowledge of Trane communicating systems a plus! This position requires a clean driver's license. Applicant also must have dependable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, ductwork, copper linesets, and ventilation equipment according to schematics and design specifications

Skills

• Proven experience doing HVAC installation with a minimum 1 year of field experience
• Ability to braze with Oxygen/Acetylene torches and silver solder
• Ability to hook up and splice flex duct connections and seal with mastic
• Ability to cut wood with a skilsaw and sawzall
• Ability to design and install basic PVC plumbing as it pertains to HVAC installs
• Ability to safely and legally operate a box truck for job site travel
• Ability to maneuver in an attic as needed
• Ability to safely lift up to 75lbs as needed
