We’re looking for a motivated HVAC Installer who wants to grow their skills and take pride in high‑quality work.

Position Summary

The HVAC Installer assists with the installation of residential heating and cooling systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers and ductwork. This role works closely with the Lead Installer to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related accessories
• Follow instructions from the Lead Installer to complete installations efficiently
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and managing inventory
• Follow all company safety procedures
• May occasionally require independent project work.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Schedule

Full‑time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional overtime possible)

Compensation

$25 – $45 per hour depending on experience
