HVAC Installer - Residential/Light Commercial Change Outs

Family owned and operated HVAC company looking for an experienced HVAC installer or installation team to complete residential change outs.

We are looking for an installer with AT LEAST 2-5 YEARS (no exceptions) experience with the skills and knowledge to install various types of residential HVAC equipment to include package units, condensers, coils, furnaces, and indoor air purification systems. Must be able to wire and install thermostats correctly as well.

Must be able to work well in a team setting and take direction from the lead. Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, have a clean driving record, and a set of complete and organized hand tools and HVAC tools.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of an HVAC Installer, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance or work in small spaces. Ladder work is required. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Ability to work in high heat environments for extended periods of time.

Work Environment:

The work environment is typically located in attics / outdoor areas of residential houses. The employee is exposed to heat in excess of 110 degrees Fahrenheit, high and precarious places, and outdoor weather conditions for 8 plus hours per day.
