Qualifications:

• Smart-Home Ready: Tech-savvy and adaptable to changing smart-home systems and compliance standards.
• HVAC Subject Matter Expert: Deep knowledge of gas/electric furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, refrigerants, and low-voltage wiring.
• AirflowDuct Designer: Skilled in functional HVAC layout and precise ductwork installation.
• Blueprint Literate: Proficient at reading electrical schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate setups.
• Analytical Thinker: A cool-headed, methodical problem solver who diagnoses issues systematically.
• Project Organizer: Excellent at pre-job prep and keeping a clean, structured job site.
• Polished Communicator: Able to build seamless rapport with homeowners and collaborate effectively with teammates.
• Coachability: Listens well and executes precise written or verbal directions.
• RuggedReliable: Dependable team player with the stamina to handle heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs) daily.
• Trustworthy Professional: High moral character and honesty, respecting our status as guests in private homes.

Core Duties:

• InstallTroubleshoot: Set up residential and light commercial HVAC systems to meet peak performance and company standards.
• Run Piping: Layout and connect gas and refrigerant lines with precision.
• TestBalance: Evaluate system airflow and operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Advise Customers: Translate complex service issues into clear, professional solutions for clients.
• DiagnoseRepair: Troubleshoot and fix faulty HVAC systems to restore home comfort.
• Track Work: File precise, detailed service tickets and maintenance logs.
• Plumbing: Handle plumbing tasks as needed
• Stay Compliant: Follow all local building codes and strict company safety protocols

Work Hours:

• 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime
• Weekend and Evening on-call rotation after training period
