HVAC Installer/Technician

(I AM LOOKING FOR A RIGHT HAND MAN TO GROOM FOR THRE FUTURE)

You must live reasonably close or be willing to relocate to North East Columbia South Carolina. If you want Full housing and utilities they are provided with this position. There is a 1500 Square foot, 2 bed rooms/ 2 bath house on 4 Acres with a 2 acre private pond located in a good area. (Pictures Available). The house is in pretty good shape but could use some up dating to the Flooring, painting, Etc... It has a single car garage and shed which we use for storage. We are a SMALL 43 year old Company. Business has been SPORADIC for a while. . I am looking for a person who is willing to help us go through somewhat of a REBUILDING process and and someone who will be interested in LEARNING certain aspects of the BUSINESS so I may turn over some RESPONSIBILITIES when the time is right. I am not looking for an average employee but a (RIGHT HAND MAN) with unsupervised potential! Looking for A Full Service A/C and heating technician with RESIDENTIAL and LIGHT COMMERCIAL experience. Because business has been sporadic I am also looking for someone who is WILLING and can help out doing GENERAL MAINTENANCE, such as some electrical and plumbing, painting, carpentry, Etc... The GENERAL MAINTENANCE experience will be helpful during slow HVAC business times. This will also of course help meet your MINIMUM $ SALARY YOU WOULD LIKE EACH WEEK. You must be CLEAN CUT and PRESENTABLE at all times and agree to RANDOM drug testing. Need someone who can FULLY SERVICE (1-1/2 TO 5 Tons) with Change out capabilities and a fair amount of Duct work experience. PLEASE reply with your FULL EXPERIENCE history in the service and installation field along with your CONTACT #. You MUST let me know all your SERVICE CAPABILITIES/WEAKNESSES and EXPERIENCE. PLEASE let me know if you service HEAT PUMPS, Electric furnaces, Gas units etc. We do NOT service oil systems, water source or Boilers. . Also PLEASE let me know all your SHEET METAL and DUCT WORK CAPABILITIES and if you can Change out gas packs, Air Handlers, Gas furnaces, condensing units etc... Please provide me with any EDUCATION or certifications you may have. For Example: EPA (What Type) Nate etc... In addition please let me know if you're married and if you will prefer/need the housing as well as how many people will reside in it? I am basing our business on a 12 Month period and taking into consideration that there will be some slower business times. I would like to know your (MINIMUM) weekly salary $ you would prefer. Remember the Housing and Utilities Are Provided but is optional. (please provide this information. )

Depending on our Work Load/Business.... during any slow times and busy times The BUDGET for this position with Housing and Utilities PROVIDED is open to discussion with the possibility of bonuses when business permits.
