This position you will install and service hvacr equipment. If you have installed for a company and think you have what it takes to learn service I want to hear from you. I will train the right person, Schooling will be required to better your self in the trade. SAll training will be vender provided or through Portland Community College through their hvac Training program.

Job Description:

*This is an hourly position. Some overtime and on call will be required.

*The basic function of this position is to help troubleshoot, diagnose, install, maintain, and repair both residential and commercial HVAC/R systems.

*Must be able to represent our company in a manner that promotes good relations, and maintain quality of work.

*Be neat and clean at all times and keeping the service vehicle and equipment the same

*Attend all company provided training classes and seminars to keep your expertise upgraded in the field

*Properly complete all paperwork and timecards while on the job

*Collect payment for services rendered where required

*Follow through on job problems

*Recommend/sell equipment, service agreements, and accessories when it is requested, or is in the best interest of the customer to do so.

*Other tasks as requested by the service manager, operations manager, or CEO

*All applicants are subject to pre-employment drug screening

*Company uniforms and vehicles provided

Qualifications we look for:

-Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

-Must have all required tools

-Good mechanical ability

-Good communication skills

-Can work well with customers and office staff

-EPA Certification preferred

-NATE Certification preferred

-Works well under pressure

-The ability to handle difficult customers and diagnostic issues

-The ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, delays, or unexpected changes

-Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

-Self Motivated

Working Conditions:

-This position works in the field, both indoors and outdoors

-Exposed to driving hazards

- Adherence to Safety Policy and Driving Safety Policy is vital

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
