HVAC Journeyman (10+ Years Experience Foreman)

Job Summary
We are seeking a experienced HVAC Foreman to lead and oversee commercial, multifamily, and residential HVAC new construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate on-site activities, supervise installers, ensure safety & code compliance, and maintain project schedules and ordering. Your leadership will drive project success by managing teams effectively, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to all safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of complex HVAC construction projects, delivering exceptional results while fostering a collaborative team environment. These roles are FULL-TIME positions for qualified journeymen with AT LEAST 10+ years experience in the trade.

Duties

• We are looking for an experienced Commercial Journeyman:
• HVAC Construction Forman (With Journeyman License and Residential/Commercial experience)

- Proficient in Reading Construction Plans and Mechanical Prints for residential, multifamily and commercial jobs.

- Order Material & Equipment - Completing Takeoffs and sizing ductwork

- Attend subcontract meetings, lead and direct installers, suggest improvements to mechanical plans and/or cost savings

-Knowledgeable in installing, servicing and repairing HVAC equipment

- Handle warranty service issues when needed and complete startup on units

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or oversight

-Experience in HVAC Startup

-Deliver material in a trailer (when needed)

-Able to climb ladders, attics, spaces to complete work.

-Must be able to efficiently follow directions

-Be able to drive safely with a Valid Driver's License (WE PROVIDE A COMPANY VEHICLE ONCE HIRED)

-Must be punctual, hardworking and dependable

-MUST be Drug Free

Pay: $50,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
