Covenant Air Systems is a small family-owned HVAC business in search of an experienced HVAC Technician and Installer to join our team. We are seeking an honest, hard-working individual that is extremely reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
Job Summary
Our HVAC Technician will be responsible for resolving heating and air solution issues for our residential and commercial customers while maintaining proper documentation of the work performed and great customer service.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain, install, and repair ventilation, air conditioning systems, ductwork, ice machines, and equipment at residential and commercial work sites.
- Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems, heating systems, and ice machines.
- Clean, adjust and repair systems, and perform warranty services.
- Establish and maintain excellent customer service and relationships with residential and commercial clients.
- Assist residential and commercial customers with explanation of products, service features, and resolve heating, air and air solution issues, as well as any ice machine issues when needed.
- Ensure good time management in order to meet job deadlines.
- Keep proper and clear documentation for smooth communication to the administrative team.
- Prepare your truck ahead of time to ensure all the materials and equipment are stocked and there when you need them.
- Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, ensuring they are consistently clean, well-maintained, and in proper working condition.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge of HVAC systems and methods (required)
- Knowledge of HVAC safety standards and protocols (required)
- Willingness to continue learning about HVAC technologies
- Natural customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Have a positive attitude and work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Knowledge of how to use a tablet (Quickbase experience is a plus)
- Clean DMV record (required)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (required)
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements
- Overtime hours may be expected from time to time
- Standing, squatting, sitting for prolonged periods of time may be required
- Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50-100 pounds as needed
- Ability to work and perform well in high temperatures
