We are a growing commercial mechanical contracting company seeking experienced, dependable, and motivated professionals to join our team. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Journeyman HVAC Installers
• HVAC Foreman / Lead Installers

About the Work

Our company specializes in commercial new construction and renovation projects. We install and service a wide range of mechanical systems, including:

• Heating & air conditioning systems
• Hydronic piping systems
• Boilers
• Chillers
• VRF systems
• Rooftop units and air distribution systems

Key ResponsibilitiesHVAC Installers

• Install square, rectangular, spiral, and flex duct systems
• Layout, assemble, and install complete commercial HVAC systems
• Install:
• Rooftop units (RTUs)
• VRF systems
• VAV boxes
• Fan coil units
• Split systems
• Air handling units (AHUs)
• Braze, pressure test, leak check, and pull vacuum on line sets
• Fabricate and install adapter fittings and transitions
• Safely operate mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic tools
• Maintain safe work practices and proper PPE on all job sites

Foreman / Lead Installers

In addition to installer responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Coordinate crews and jobsite workflow
• Draw and layout rectangular ductwork for fabrication
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Journeyman License
• Minimum 2+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Basic HVAC hand tools and sheet metal tools required
• Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical systems
• Ability to lift, climb, and perform physical work safely
• Hydronic, boiler, and chiller experience is a strong plus
• Leadership experience and unlimited mechanical license are a plus for Foreman roles

Pay: $28.00 - $39.00 per hour
