HVAC Junior Technical Officer

Overview

Job Details:

Promote and sell HVAC equipment by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions for different projects.

Provide professional and timely assistance to customers throughout all stages of the sales process.

Coordinate and supervise activities at project sites to ensure smooth execution and proper workflow.

Prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates, and commercial offers based on project specifications.

Support planning activities and apply basic knowledge of HVAC system design during project coordination.

Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long term business relationships.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders, deliveries, and project activities are completed on time.

Assist in resolving customer concerns and provide follow up support when required.

Job Experience Requirements

Technical education in a related engineering or technical field.

Hands on knowledge or previous experience in heating and HVAC systems will be considered an advantage.

Strong communication and customer handling skills.

Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

Organized, flexible, and capable of working independently as well as within a team environment.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and meet project deadlines.
