HVAC Lead Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work effectively in various environments. The HVAC Installer will ensure that all installations meet industry standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems according to specifications and safety standards.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment.
Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems to identify necessary repairs.
Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Drive company van to job sites while adhering to all traffic regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and components.
Proficiency in equipment repair, including welding capabilities when necessary.
Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
Ability to perform field service tasks efficiently in various settings.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety practices.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred.
