About the Role
As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will lead residential and light commercial installation projects from start to finish. This includes managing job sites, overseeing crew members, ensuring installations are completed to code and company standards, and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is ready to take ownership of projects and team development.

What You'll Do
Lead the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, and rooftop units.
Supervise, train, and mentor apprentices and junior installers in the field.
Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and technical drawings.
Ensure all installations meet local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations.
Coordinate with project managers, dispatch, and customers to keep jobs on track.
Complete job documentation accurately and promptly.
Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every project.

What We're Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience with proven leadership responsibilities.
EPA Universal certification required; NATE certification preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot installation challenges.
Ability to lead, train, and hold team members accountable.
Professional communication skills with both customers and team members.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
