Job Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, thermostats, and related components according to design specifications and building codes.
• Fabricate and install ductwork systems to ensure proper airflow and system performance.
• Test newly installed systems, verify efficiency, and balance airflow for optimal operation.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting, including diagnosing system issues, checking electrical components, and inspecting equipment for proper function.
• Communicate with customers to explain system operation, maintenance recommendations, and address questions or concerns.
• Ensure all work meets company standards, manufacturer guidelines, and safety regulations.
• Stay current on HVAC technology, equipment, and industry best practices through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of HVAC industry experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead Installer
• Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Ability to interrupt schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• EPA certification preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours when necessary

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Experience:

• HVAC: 4 years (Required)
• Lead install: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
