HVAC Lead Installer

We are a family-owned HVAC company seeking an experienced Lead Installer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who can take ownership of residential installs, lead a helper, and ensure jobs are completed correctly and efficiently from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Lead residential HVAC installations (split systems, package units, mini-splits)
• Oversee and direct a helper on job sites
• Ensure all installations are completed properly, safely, and up to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Assist in other areas when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience running HVAC installs from start to finish
• Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
• Must be dependable and show up ready to work every day
• Willingness to do what’s needed and maintain a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license
• Must provide your own basic tools
