HVAC Lead Installer

We are looking for the best installers who want to work for a company that cares about them and their customers. We provide some of the best training to ensure our install teams are confident and have what they need to start and complete jobs on time. Our jobs are prepared for our install teams so they can arrive and install quickly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Install/Replace HVAC equipment including, but not limited to: horizontal and vertical splits (gas or heat pump), rooftop or ground package units (gas or heat pump).

· Exceptional customer service with educating the homeowner to discover problems, concerns, or opportunity to up-sell unit accessories.

REQUIREMENTS:

· 3+ years lead installation experience with knowledge in refrigeration

· Ability to diagnose and perform replacement of HVAC related components such as Air Conditioners & Heat Pumps, Furnaces & Air Handlers, Thermostats, Air Filters/filtration Systems, Low and high voltage wiring.

· EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)

· Minimum Tool Requirements: Tools lists are available for employees based on job levels.

· Minimum Testing Equipment usage: Refrigerant Gauges, Manometer, Micron Gauge, and a Volt Meter.

· Ability to crawl, climb ladders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Lead Install : 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• EPA II or Universal (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Preferred)
