What You’ll Do
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you’ll be the expert homeowners trust and the teammate others rely on.
- Install residential HVAC systems with precision, craftsmanship, and pride
- Work closely with a skilled team to deliver flawless installations
- Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork, piping, and electrical components
- Connect systems to existing infrastructure and ensure peak performance
- Test, troubleshoot, and fine‑tune installations
- Deliver exceptional customer service—educating homeowners and building trust
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
What You Bring
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation best practices
- Proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment

- Valid driver’s license (company policy requires drivers to be at least 21)
