HVAC Lead Installer

Job Overview
We are a family owned/operated HVAC Company seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation of HVAC systems, with the ability to install various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. This role requires mechanical knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Required

• Must have minimum 3 years experience
• EPA certificate
• Must be punctual and have a good attitude
• References
• Must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test
• U.S. Work Authorization Required

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all installations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.

Skills

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating units.
• Knowledge of plumbing principles as they relate to HVAC installations.
• Ability to operate tools such as an ohmmeter, brazing equipment, and other HVAC-related tools.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Attention to details and safety protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
