Air Sharks is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer who specializes in residential installations to join our team. opportunities for top earning potential through competitive compensation, commission, and performance-based bonuses for each successful completion.

The ideal candidate will have high level of customer service. a strong background in installing residential HVAC systems and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Lead Installer will be responsible for leading and training a team of installers, ensuring that all installations are completed efficiently, effectively, and up to city code.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• High level of professionalism and customer service skills
• Successfully leads and trains HVAC Install Helpers
• Successfully and efficiently executes assigned HVAC Installations according to specifications and customer satisfaction
• Has strong knowledge of all aspects of residential HVAC systems, including system installations and ductwork
• Educates the customer on the health and operation of their system post installations
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• Ensures job-site cleanliness
• Other duties as assigned
• The company reserves the right to add or change duties as needed

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years of experience in the same or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC operational principles & safety practices
• Ability to effectively lead a team of Install Helpers
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and navigate tight crawl spaces
• Self motivated to complete assigned tasks within given time constraints
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Exhibit professional conduct at all times while on company premises, job site, or while representing the company
• Great attention to detail
• Must have a mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to do moderate lifting (up to 75 pounds)
• Must have the ability to work overtime, evenings and weekends as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS/LICENSES/CERTIFICATES

Any combination of education and experience that would provide the necessary knowledge and abilities listed, typically:

• HVAC (Required)
• CA Driver's License
