HVAC Lead Installer / Service Technician (Full-Time, Year-Round Work)

We are a growing residential HVAC company in Central Florida looking for a reliable and skilled technician who can handle both installations and service work.

This is a hybrid position — not install-only. You will be part of a team focused on quality work, consistency, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Full HVAC system installations (split systems, package units, mini splits)
• Ductwork installation and replacement
• Fabrication and installation of plenums, transitions, and sheet metal components
• Line set installation and modifications
• System troubleshooting and diagnostics (electrical, airflow, performance issues)
• Service calls and repairs
• Preventive maintenance (PMs), especially during slower season
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

Requirements

• Experience in residential HVAC installation
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot systems independently
• Experience with ductwork installation and replacement
• Familiar with line sets, brazing, and system startups
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
