HVAC Lead Service Technician/Installation Technician/Apprentice – Renton/Newcastle/Bellevue, WA

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A/Cs, ductless mini splits)
- Perform preventive maintenance and complete service documentation
- Educate customers on service options, upgrades, and long-term solutions
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, parts inventory, and safety gear
- Represent the company with professionalism and excellent communication
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience as an HVAC Technician
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- Valid WA driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Great communication and sales skills (commissions available)
- Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in crawl spaces
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
