HVAC Maintenance

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a multi-family apartment community. HVAC certification is required. The ideal candidate is experienced in general maintenance and takes pride in providing a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

Duties

• HVAC maintenance and repair
• Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Preventative maintenance and unit turns
• Responding to service requests in a timely manner
• Maintaining the property grounds and common areas
• On-call rotation for emergency maintenance

Experience

• EPA Universal or HVAC Certification (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment or facility maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a focus on safety and efficiency

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
