Job Description: Air Conditioning and Ventilation Maintenance Manager - Administrative

Responsibilities

1. Supervise multiple short term projects, assign technical teams, and oversee their implementation.
2. Monitor and supervise the pricing of site visit reports.
3. Select maintenance tenders.
4. Review the costs of maintenance tenders.
5. Prepare technical proposals for maintenance tenders.
6. Analyze maintenance project costs based on technical reports.
7. Manage technical teams (assignment, assignment, approval, classification, and supervision).
8. Develop technical and organizational regulations and implementation mechanisms.
9. Provide technical support (in the field of central air conditioning) to other departments.
10. Organize and prepare the department's technical reports and administrative forms.

Qualifications

• Short term projects and department management (maintenance and installation) of central air conditioning systems (chillers, integrated units, and accessories) require specialized experience in central air conditioning systems.
• Thorough knowledge and extensive experience in central air conditioning systems (chillers) are required.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
