At Alliance, we are looking for a Maintenance Field Supervisor to serve as the operational heartbeat of our service department. This isn't just a supervisor job; it’s a mission to protect the "Hive" by building the next generation of master technicians.

THE STANDARD: WHAT YOU BRING

We are looking for a leader who carries the quiet confidence of a master and the integrity of a true professional.

• The Credentials: A CT State Trade license, EPA Certification, and a required OSHA 30 certification.
• The Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in HVAC service or maintenance with deep expertise in preventative maintenance and seasonal start-up processes.
• Leadership Grit: A proven ability to mentor staff, enforce safety standards, and handle customer conflict with professional poise.
• Operational Discipline: Strong administrative skills for digital work order compliance and a clean driving record to lead our fleet by example.

YOUR IMPACT

• Field Authority: You will be the primary operational presence in the field, overseeing the technical accuracy and performance of our Maintenance Technicians and Apprentices.
• Quality Guardian: You will conduct on-site audits to ensure strict adherence to our signature maintenance checklists.
• Growth Catalyst: You will act as the "eyes and ears" for the Service Manager, identifying repair leads and system replacement opportunities while coaching your team on procedural accuracy.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
