What will you do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation) in homes and businesses
• Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections to prevent breakdowns
• Install, replace, and retrofit equipment, components, and accessories as needed
• Handle emergency service calls and provide solutions efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers, explain issues, recommend options, and deliver top-notch service
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent
• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, local codes, and EPA regulations.
• Assist in the installation of new HVAC systems or upgrades following safety standards and project specifications.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license & insurable record
• Pass drug tests & background checks
• Available for after-hours, weekends, holidays
• Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Eager to learn & work independently/in a team
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Service/Repair Technician
• EPA Refrigerant Certification
• Must have own tools including but not limited to leak detectors, digital gauges and clamp meter.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions
• Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design documents accurately.
• Skilled in equipment repair techniques such as welding and plumbing; experience with boiler systems is preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• HVAC Maintenance : 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver License (Required)
• EPA Refrigeration Certification (Required)
