HVAC Maintenance Technician

Dragonfly Mechanical is a locally owned HVAC company focused on quality work, strong customer relationships, and steady growth. We are looking for a reliable, motivated technician to join our team as we continue to grow.

This position will start part-time (20–30 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as demand increases.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance
• Assist on service calls and system diagnostics
• Help with system installations (as needed)
• Handle basic repairs (as experience grows)
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work area

What We’re Looking For:

• HVAC experience preferred (entry-level to intermediate welcome)
• EPA certification
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and team mindset

Position Details:

• Part-time to start (20–30 hours/week)
• Hours will grow as the company continues to expand
• Flexible scheduling depending on workload and season

Pay:

• $18–$24/hour (based on experience)
