Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Respond to service calls and perform troubleshooting
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Document work (notes, photos, updates) using company iPad
• Follow dispatch workflow and job assignments
• Identify repair or replacement opportunities when appropriate

Requirements

• HVAC experience (residential preferred)
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable and responsive
• Comfortable using an iPad and following structured workflows

Pay & Bonus Structure

• $29 – $35/hour based on experience
• 3% bonus on completed and collected repairs
• $50 per qualified replacement lead + $100 if the job closes
• $100 weekly performance bonus for:
• Same-day job documentation
• Strong communication
• No callbacks due to technician error

Most technicians who stay consistent and perform well will earn above their base hourly rate.
