HVAC Maintenance Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment or recently completed training/ certification for HVAC. This role is essential for ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients' environments through effective property maintenance and service.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues within HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system designs and layouts.
• Provide field service support to clients, addressing their HVAC needs promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used for each job.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding service recommendations and system performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in property maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design principles and operational standards.
• Familiarity with plumbing systems as they relate to HVAC installations.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters for troubleshooting purposes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various field service environments.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC are preferred but not mandatory.
