HVAC Maintenance Technician

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting​
• Universal EPA 608 Certification (mandatory)

• Experience with:
• Commercial HVAC systems and packaged units
• Preventive and reactive maintenance
• Mechanical maintenance
• Electrical and plumbing troubleshooting
• Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Fire/Life Safety systems
• MEP systems
• CMMS/work order management systems
• Commercial facilities maintenance

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to handle emergency/on-call service situations

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites

• Experience in mobile/service technician roles

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders

• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and compliance

• Professional attitude and good interview/presentation skills

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
